The overseas gastronomy fair will not take place from February 10 to 12 at Porte de la Villette, in Paris. The organizer Babette de Rozières has postponed this culinary event due to the legislative elections, according to Outre-mer 1ère. The Guadeloupe chef is indeed a candidate in the 18th and 19th arrondissements of the capital. This world tour of flavors and ultramarine cultures will therefore take place after the elections. The date has not yet been communicated. Chef Yannick Alléno was to chair this third edition.
