The Territorial Council will take place on Thursday at 9 a.m. at the Hôtel de la Collectivité. The session is open to the public. Here are the agenda items:
- designation of elected officials for the board of directors of the Robert Weinum school complex;
- request to change the date of commemoration of the abolition of slavery in Saint-Martin to May 28;
- creation of a medico-social pole of the islands of the North of Saint-Martin;
- tax collection - income tax scale for 2015 and various tax measures;
- fixing of tax rates for 2016;
- fine for non-payment of road tax on motor vehicles: proposal to modify the code of criminal procedure;
- adaptation of the regulatory provisions relating to the initial qualification and continuing training of road transport drivers and the approval of vocational training centers authorized to provide training;
- implementation of the Marigot Bay development operation: modalities for carrying out development of Marigot Bay and legal regime for exempt land in Marigot Bay in the private domain of the Collectivity;
- debate: 2016 budget guidelines;
- various questions: presentation of the regional information document on major risks (DITRIM) and report of the CNFPT Nancy meetings from June 1 to 5, 2015.
