The Pass'Sport is a financial aid of 50 euros - immediate deduction from the cost of club registration (membership and/or licence) - deployed by the State to enable young people who are furthest from it to get involved. in a sustainable sports practice within a club.

The extension of this system, which last year benefited more than 1 million young people who joined one of the 53 sports structures involved, responds to a challenge of social cohesion, development and health for young people. of our country faced with a decrease in the volume of daily physical activity as well as premature and significant exposure to screens. This Pass'Sport system is made permanent within the budget of the Ministry of Sports and the Olympic and Paralympic Games to the tune of 000 million euros.

It provides support for the sports sector to promote the practice of sport by reducing the cost of registration and a strong signal for families, with the desire to become a real sports back-to-school allowance As a reminder, this individual, non-transferable and unique, can also be combined with other existing aid systems. Taking into account the feedback from the various players involved during its first edition, the process has been simplified in three major areas for the 2022-2023 season:

  •   Simplification for the beneficiary thanks to the allocation of a unique Pass'Sport code to be given to the club upon registration and the provision of an online Pass'Sport portal with key information on the device, a map affiliated structures and aid…;
  •   A simplification for the sports structure which, to be reimbursed, will enter the unique code of the young person;
  •   Simplification of the management process thanks to the establishment of a single third-party reimbursement payer, the Services and Payment Agency, and a dedicated interface allowing structures to monitor reimbursements. The Pass'Sport currently concerns:
  •   Young people aged 6 to 17 benefiting from the back-to-school allowance (ARS);
  •   Young people aged 6 to 20 benefiting from the education allowance for disabled children (AEEH);
  •   Young people aged 16 to 30 benefiting from the allowance for disabled adults (AAH);
  •   Students, aged 28 or over, and who benefit by October 15, 2022 at the latest, from a means-tested State Higher Education scholarship, annual aid from the CROUS or a regional scholarship for health and social training for the academic year 2022 – 2023. _AF
