The number of trainees hosted by the same company is now limited. The decree on the supervision of internships, published in the Official Journal last Wednesday, thus puts an end to the abusive practices of certain companies. “The number of trainees whose internship agreement is in progress during the same calendar week in the host organization with legal personality may not exceed: 15% of the workforce rounded up to the nearest whole for organizations of '' reception with a workforce greater than or equal to twenty; three trainees for host organizations whose staff is less than twenty ”, indicates the decree. The training framework was adopted in June 2014 by the Parliament.
