The "Mon beau Commerce" device open to businesses in Marigot, Grand-Case and Howell Center

0

In December 2019, the Collectivité set up a financial system to support the renovation and security of commercial storefronts, as well as the rehabilitation of signs for shops in downtown Marigot and Boulevard de Grand-Case. This device initially concerned renovation projects for commercial facades and shop windows located in the city center and on Boulevard de Grand-Case.

The Executive Council voted in favor, on September 2, to amend the regulations which specify the geographical areas eligible for this mechanism. Good to know: Marigot - Howell Center - Boulevard Bertin Maurice in Grand-Case.

For the works and investments carried out on the exterior facade of the trade, all companies having a place of activity in the aforementioned districts are now eligible.

For interior work, this public aid established by the Collectivité of Saint-Martin is intended for retail businesses and restaurants.

The objective of the “Mon beau commerce” program is to enable these businesses to improve their visibility by upgrading their commercial offer and welcoming customers.

The aid is extended to domestic investments such as embellishment, arrangement, decoration and the purchase of furniture.

The Community's participation is set at 50% of the investments made within the limit of 10 euros.

Companies interested in this system are invited to get closer to the Economic Development Delegation of the Collectivity by contacting:
