DECONFINING IN COMPANIES SUBJECT TO STRICT RULES

0

A series of measures intended for companies which will resume their activity on May 11 is provided for in the "deconfinement" protocol published in its entirety this Monday, May 4

These will have to respect universal rules, ranging from distancing to disinfection, including in some cases the supply of masks, regardless of the size and location of the company. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, employers will engage their civil and criminal liability.

A minimum space of 4 m2 per employee

Among the measures decided by the Ministry of Labor we can see the introduction of a minimum space of 4m² per employee in offices and shops. If this rule cannot be implemented, the company will be forced to provide masks to its employees.

The premises, toilets and door handles must be disinfected every day, possibly several times a day. If this is not possible, hydroalcoholic gel should be dispensed nearby.

The taking of temperature will not be able to be imposed by the companies because judged too intrusive, as well as test campaigns on the personnel.
