During the last Territorial Council, the president of the Collectivity Aline Hanson specified that the city contract will be signed at the end of the month and that it "will lead to concrete actions in the priority districts of Orléans and Sandy Ground". The prefect Anne Laubies and the president signed the framework contract at the end of July, prior to the city contract, at the prefecture. During the summer period, working meetings were held with the various partners. The results of these consultations will thus make it possible to sign this city contract.
