Sesma and its former director released in favoritism case

La Sesma, a company which manages and operates the Grand Case airport, as well as its (former) general manager were acquitted by the court of Saint Martin of the favoritism alleged against them. Specifically, after Semsamar withdrew from a work in progress, Sesma asked the company of Yannick Beaud (ex-employee of Semsamar), to continue it. No competition notice had been launched because the amount of the service did not impose it according to the public procurement code. And it is for this reason that the court pronounced the release of Sesma, its former general manager and consequently Yannick Beaud who had been accused of receiving stolen goods.
