Irma having destroyed the prefecture located at Fort Louis (the building was demolished in July-August last), the State had transferred part of its services to bungalows installed for the occasion on a plot of land next to the building which houses the new Pôle Emploi.
Then the State built another modular building opposite the college of Mont des Accords, in which the services installed in the bungalows had been transferred.
The prefecture has decided to sell these. It thus launched a call for tenders to sell twenty-two modulars of thirteen square meters each, six others fitted out in sanitary of thirteen square meters as well as the deck and the covered area.
Interested parties can send their purchase offer before December 3. The invitation to tender is reserved only for professionals and public authorities.
