The project leader will have to build his action plan in line with issues that mainly concern two-wheeled drivers, in particular young people, while involving parents, who are very affected by the loss of their children when a fatal accident occurs. .
• vulnerable users (the majority of those killed): pedestrians, cyclists, motorized two-wheelers (wearing helmets and other equipment, visibility, sharing the road, risky behavior, etc.)
• driving under the influence of alcohol and / or drugs;
The projects that will be presented must first and foremost respond to the local challenges mentioned above and must concern the widest possible audience (via social networks, etc.). It will be necessary to anticipate a health context not necessarily conducive to regrouping in 2021.
Note: road improvements are not affected by this call for projects.
