"Developing a strategy relating to housing policy" is the objective of the Collective announced by the elected Jean-Raymond Benjamin during the territorial council on Wednesday.
This strategy will result in the implementation of the local housing program. "The PLH is organizing a housing policy at the intersection of social, economic and territorial approaches", specifies Jean-Raymond Benjamin. In particular it "aims to intervene in the functioning of the real estate markets, to regulate them, to remedy their shortcomings". It could enter into force “at the beginning of 2020 for a period of application 2020-2025”.
