A man had been charged in early 2021 with raping and sexually assaulting his underage daughter for five years. He had been indicted and a judicial investigation had been opened. After several months of investigation, the investigating judge issued a dismissal order against him.
In October 2020, the National Education services alerted the public prosecutor's office to the situation of a 12-year-old student, who wrote in a notebook that her father had raped her since the age of seven. A criminal investigation has been opened.
A gynecological examination revealed an old defloration which could correspond to the facts described. The girl also tried to kill herself and self-harmed. She further confided that her father hit her with a belt. During a psychological examination, it was found that the girl suffered from serious personality disorders. For the doctors, she could have invented the rapes and other assaults to take revenge on her father who often cheated on her mother. However, they confirmed that she was in real psychological distress.
Auditioned several times, the young girl told contradictory facts and was never able to justify or explain them. While it turns out that the gynecological examination suggests that she could indeed have been the victim of a sexual assault, the family hearings and her own rambling statements have not made it possible to affirm that the author is his father, who has always denied the charges.
