He faced a three-year prison sentence and a fine of 45 euros, he was finally released. MB, 000 years old and native of the Czech Republic, was summoned last Friday before the local court of Saint-Martin for immediate appearance for acts of violence with a weapon and death threats on the person of JC, aged 46 .

Two weeks earlier, the young woman crossed the road in the middle of the day in Bellevue when a pickup brakes at the last moment to let her pass. She makes a remark to the driver about her behavior and then continues to walk. At a decoration store, she hears a noise, turns around and sees the pick-up roll on the sidewalk and advance on her. She jumps to avoid it. The driver tells her he's going to kill her and her family. These are the facts that JC will immediately tell his father, a territorial policeman. The latter immediately drives his daughter to a gendarme to point out the pick-up whose license plate was taken by JC. A few minutes later, the vehicle was found and the two passengers were questioned. But only MB will be implicated. The victim and the defendant were confronted and the two remained in their position.  However, the victim was unable to identify the driver as the driver was wearing glasses and a black cap. Throughout his custody and at the bar of the court, he denies the charges. The deputy prosecutor requested a driving ban in France for six months, a fine of 1 euros and a ban on holding a weapon for three years. After deliberation, the court released MB.
