Justice: Four months suspended prison sentence and 13 euros inflicted on André Boudou

The prosecutor had requested ten months in prison for André Boudou, the father of Laeticia Hallyday prosecuted for acts of violence.

The court released its deliberations on Tuesday, October 15, and finally sentenced him to a four-month suspended prison sentence. He also received the civil action from the victim: André Boudou must pay him 12 euros in damages, all damages combined, as well as the sum of 250 euros under article 1-000 of the code of procedure criminal.

Last March, André Boudou punched Jean-Pierre Le Devehat several times on the platform of the service station at Sandy Ground.
