This is the second case called by the court yesterday morning, it is a second case of violence. "I will repeat what I said earlier, it is still an extra ordinary violence", comments the deputy prosecutor during his indictment.

The facts took place on August 29, 2019. A mother returns from the beach with her children, she is in her car on the road to Friar's Bay. To avoid a hole in the road, it deviates slightly from its path. The vehicle coming in front does the same; the two cars brush against each other, cling to each other.

A few meters further, the mother of the family stops with the intention of drawing up an amicable report. "She does not have time to detach herself when she sees a fool appear not to say anything else", explains the prosecution. "The fool" is the passenger of the oncoming car (whose driver was his mother).

JSB, eighteen years old at the time of the facts, is going to punch the driver, still sitting in her vehicle with her children. After the altercation, the victim is treated and has a two-day ITT. But as the pain persists, a CT scan is prescribed and reveals a broken nose. A new work interruption is issued for a period of ten days. She becomes a civil party and claims 2 euros in damages for physical injury, 000 euros for non-pecuniary damage and 3 euros for article 000-1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The victim was represented at the hearing by his counsel.

On the other hand, the defendant was absent. During his hearing at the gendarmerie, he explained that he "had made an extreme effort not to get upset". A sentence of eighteen months in prison was requested against him by the representative of the prosecution.

After deliberating, the court pronounced a six-month prison sentence without accommodation and ordered the defendant to compensate the victim up to 3 euros for moral damage and 000 euros under article 1-000. of the CPP.
