Jean-Barry Hodge died on Sunday November 20 after being hit by a car near the junction of Arch Road and Sucker Garden.
His lifeless body was found on the side of the road. The driver suspected of being the cause of the fatal accident and the hit and run was arrested by the Dutch police on Sunday afternoon, November 20. _AF
