A sponsored Facebook page from February 2, 2021 shows a vehicle and driving license registration body with the evocative name: "Driving license without exams".
A comment suggests that driving licenses are “available online” in France, Tahiti, Mayotte, Guadeloupe, Guyana, French Polynesia, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon and Saint-Martin. Interested parties are invited to make contact via a WhatsApp link.
Everything suggests that this is a scam because it is impossible to obtain in France - including overseas - your driving license without exams which is also online.

By dialing the cell phone number mentioned on the Facebook page, a message indicates that "the person no longer owns this number". The cover photo of the page is those of businesses located in Rennes in Brittany, we contacted the driving school which appears in the photo and denies being at the origin of this page. The logo used is also that of another school located in the Gard department.
