INFO: Organization of the Collectivity of Saint-Martin within the framework of the measures to fight against the COVID-19 coronavirus implemented on the territory

The President of the Republic, in his speech on March 16, 2020, announced the implementation of travel restriction measures to limit the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus.

  Consequently, the Collectivity adapts its organization for the protection of territorial agents and that of the public.

All the services of the Collectivity and the structures receiving the public are now closed to the public since yesterday Tuesday March 17, 2020 at noon until further notice with the exception of certain priority services in this context of crisis for which a a hotline is set up to ensure continuity of public service and meet urgent needs.

  Service permanence:

- Department of services to the population: Civil status (birth and death): 05 90 87 61 80 from 8 a.m. to 15 p.m., Monday to Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

- Technical services: 05 90 87 50 53

The technical services will be mobilized for any emergency intervention in public buildings or in public space.

- Services of the “Solidarity and Families” delegation (elderly, disabled, childhood and family): 05.90.29.13.10

The social obligation will respond to urgent situations.

- Public service houses (MSAP) will provide a hotline from 9h to 12h from Monday to Friday:

MSAP of Quartier d'Orléans: 0690 66 33 66

MSAP of Sandy Ground: 0690 66 88 66

- The Territorial Police will remain open at its usual hours: 07:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m. and 13:00 p.m. to 20:00 p.m. and reachable at 05-90-29-56-21 or 05-90-29-56-23.
