About a hundred guests - school heads, elected officials, parliamentarians, partner companies, representatives of State and National Education services - were invited yesterday to the inauguration of the Robert Weinum school complex, in La Savane .
The site - hosting a high school and a college with a capacity of 950 students - opened its doors last January. “This city has been awaited for many years by students, parents, and the entire teaching staff,” said the president of the Collectivity Aline Hanson, recalling that the first stone was laid in December 2013. The city includes in particular nearly 25 classrooms, 3 language laboratories, 8 scientific and technological teaching rooms and a sports complex. _EH
