TAXES: Declaration of income for the year 2022

0

Saint-Martin taxpayers have until May 31, 2023 to fulfill their tax obligations

The tax declaration campaign on income received in 2022 has just started. Each taxpayer will receive their declaration form for the past year by post. If for one reason or another you do not receive your declaration forms, they are available for download, on the tax site of the Collectivity: https://www.impots-saint-martin.fr

The collective effort required through the income tax declaration is essential in more ways than one. Income tax contributes directly to the development of the territory, to the implementation of public policies, in particular the creation of structuring projects and achievements useful to the community.

The Collectivity therefore invites you to complete your 2022 income tax return and return it to the tax center of the Center des Finances Publiques de Saint-Martin (rue JJ. Fayel in Concordia). Persons settled in Saint-Martin without being domiciled there for tax purposes, failing to satisfy the so-called "five-year" rule (arrival in St Martin after December 31, 2017), must combine the declaration obligation in Saint-Martin with the tax obligations provided for by the State (see notice 2041 NR).

Income tax returns must be filed before May 31, 2023 as follows:

– Send by post to the tax center of Saint-Martin: 16, rue Jean-Jacques Fayel – BP 1084 – 97 061 SAINT-MARTIN Cedex or deposit in the mailbox located at the entrance of the tax center.

For any questions, taxpayers can: Access useful information and forms on the dedicated website:

– Contact the tax center, by email: cfip.sxm-pole.fiscal@dgfip.finances.gouv.fr or by phone: 0590 29 25 71 or 0590 87 71 75
