The French Institute for Public Health Surveillance (InVS) has announced that the flu epidemic has ended in Saint-Martin. A total of 2.870 consultations were carried out.
“The estimated number of consultations for influenza-like illness among general practitioners in Saint Martin has decreased significantly since the last week of March. This number was estimated at 59 and 3 respectively in weeks 15 and 16, figures lower than the maximum values expected for the season ”, specifies the last bulletin of the institute. The flu epidemic is also over in Saint-Barthélemy.
