The school holiday period is approaching and the national gendarmerie is renewing the holiday peace operation for all residents of Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy.
This operation consists, for individuals or establishments, in signaling to the police that they are going on vacation so that the patrols that monitor the territory make regular passages around unoccupied dwellings or premises. This is to allow the national gendarmerie to target more of its action in the daily fight against burglaries.
Individuals or managers of establishments who would like to benefit from this completely free service are invited to introduce themselves and complete a reporting form:
- at the Gustavia gendarmerie, Monday to Saturday from 08 a.m. to 00 p.m. and from 12 p.m. to 00 p.m .; Sunday from 14 a.m. to 00 p.m. and from 18 p.m. to 00 p.m.
- at the Marigot gendarmerie, Monday to Saturday from 08 a.m. to 00 p.m. and from 12 p.m. to 00 p.m .; Sunday from 14 a.m. to 00 p.m. and from 18 p.m. to 00 p.m.
- at the gendarmerie of Quartier d'Orléans, Monday and Friday from 08 a.m. to 00 p.m. and from 12 p.m. to 00 p.m .; or Wednesday from 14 p.m. to 00 p.m.
- at the gendarmerie de la Savane, Monday to Saturday from 08 a.m. to 00 p.m. and from 12 p.m. to 00 p.m._AF
