Football Kenjy Hon (Saint-Louis Stars) and Elie Nkapa (United Stars) join the Pôle Espoir in Guadeloupe!

We call it a job well done! Two talented young Saint-Martin footballers, U13 category, made their mark by brilliantly obtaining their sesame to join the Pôle Espoir du CREPS located in Pointe-à-Pitre at the start of the next school year. A “first” for Saint-Martin football!

Managers, parents, educators and players gathered recently in the premises of the League to congratulate as it should the brilliant course of Kenjy Hon and Elie Nkpa achieved in the entrance examination of the Pôle espoir of the CREPS of Pointe-à-Pitre for the category U13. "It is a historical fact for our island" underlined the president of the League, Aristide Conner. "This result is the fruit of your sacrifices, those of your parents and family, but I also wish to congratulate the joint work of the League and its technical advisor, Gilles Petit as well as that of the educators and coaches who supervise you at the year. This work has allowed us today to highlight the progress of all aspects of the game and I hope you will pave the way for other players in the future. We are proud that two young people from Saint-Martin will in future years be able to represent our territory and the League in the best possible way.

We hope, but we are convinced, that your efforts will be a source of inspiration for the young people of our community.

We wish you to undertake this new adventure with a lot of courage and know that you are the pride of your families but also of the League which will always be at your side for your development on the sporting but also human level. Congratulations to you and long live Saint-Martin ”! _AF
