Live a unique experience with chefs from all over the world by participating in the workshops of the Gastronomy Festival. Don't wait to register, places are limited!
A pork confit and its pumpkin millefeuille, the essential Creole lambi, the traditional fish & chips, a parsnip velouté with coconut milk, the delicious banana cake and many other dishes to make the taste buds twitch… All their manufacturing secrets will be revealed to you from November 11 to 22, 2022, during the 2nd edition of the Gastronomy Festival overseen by the Tourist Office. Last year, the cooking workshops offered during this unmissable culinary event and led by the guest chefs, met with enormous success. Gourmets, true gourmets, cooking enthusiasts, you can register today to take part in adult or children's sessions, alongside great chefs who have come especially to the island, but also Saint-Martin chefs well known for their talent. On the menu: a dose of good humor, a hint of emotion and a big pinch of flavor!
