MISCELLANEOUS: Theo Heyliger arrested by the anti-corruption unit of Sint Maarten

Theo Heyliger was arrested on Tuesday by the Sint Maarten anti-corruption task force (TBO) in connection with the Larimar case. 

Aged 48, he is suspected of passive corruption, when he was Minister of Housing, Development and Environment or VROMI in 2011. He is said to have received bribes from a Dutch consultant, RM, to intervene in the choice of construction companies. And would have received in return 300 dollars according to the prosecutor of Sint Maarten.
