On Saturday June 15, around 09:30 am, while two people are seated on the terrace of a bar in Marigot (Sea Front), an individual steals the victim's handbag. She tries to oppose it but does not succeed.
The second victim pursues the mis en cause and a confrontation ensues in which two shots are fired without injuring anyone.
The respondent fled and the victims alerted the police.
An investigation under the authority of the Basse-Terre public prosecutor's office is opened and entrusted to the detachment of the Saint-Martin research section.
