Environment: World clean up day

0

Have you ever heard of this initiative? World Clean Up Day has been held annually on September 15 since 2008.

At the start, it didn't exactly have this form and it didn't have that ambition either. World Clean Up Day has its origins in an Estonian initiative called “Let's do it”. In 2008, 4% of the Estonian population mobilized to clean 10 tonnes of waste in a few hours. The success is such that it gives ideas and desires. Today, 000 countries have created their teams to promote this movement of committed citizens. So how do we organize an event and take advantage of the tools and communication of the World Clean Up Day network? Very simple ! We go to the movement's website and register its initiative. If you want to participate but you do not yet know how, you can dig into the different proposals made by the structure. Obviously, once you have decided, that you have your team, you can be referenced on the site (you will appear on the initiatives map and your event will be presented). You can also benefit from the advice and tools made available by the association based in Lille. _NB
