The Clean Saint-Martin Association carried out a new large-scale cleaning operation last Sunday, this time in Grand-Case, which needed it!
More than forty volunteers dedicated to protecting the environment therefore carried out a large-scale cleaning operation last Sunday in all sectors of Grand-Case.
On their way, the members of the Clean Saint-Martin Association mainly collected bottles, straws, butts and other waste from our poor mode of beach catering, in addition to the usual trash repelled by the swell.
The whole motivated team then went to the beach from the Lolo's car park to the cemetery, both on the sand and in the water before making another kayak trip in the small channel.
The Association thanks all the volunteers present and looks forward to seeing you next month for a new eco-citizen action! Hats off to all of you! _AF
