The call for projects “All resilient in the face of risks” is open until October 2, 2024, as part of the national awareness day: get informed, react, protect yourself.
This project aims to prepare the population for the right reflexes in the event of natural or technological disasters. Faced with the increase in risks linked to climate change, such as cyclones, fires or extreme precipitation, as well as seismic, volcanic or industrial risks, it is crucial to better inform citizens. The call for projects encourages local initiatives around three objectives: developing a risk culture, preparing for disasters and strengthening collective resilience. All stakeholders – citizens, businesses, elected officials, communities, schools, associations – are invited to participate. The selected projects will be labeled throughout the year, with a culmination on October 13, 2024. In 2023, more than 600 projects have been carried out through 3.000 actions, including 700 initiatives in schools. Project leaders can submit their applications via the Simplified Procedures platform, available online, to obtain the labeling of their actions. _Vx
