A CFA is a certified body that provides theoretical education in a center and practical education in a company; the objective is to train young people aged between 16 and 30 in a profession and that this training corresponds to the real needs of companies. To do this, Fore IDN has defined, with the help of Pôle Emploi, five programs according to the needs expressed by business leaders in Saint-Martin. Fore IDN has decided to open a CFA to expand its training offers and services to companies but also to people looking for a job. The apprenticeship contract allows young people to alternate theory and practice while enjoying the same rights as other employees of the company.
