The Saint-Martin Pôle Emploi agency is organizing on Thursday 20 and Friday 21 October, in partnership with the Prefecture, the Departments of Economy, Employment, Labor and Solidarity (DEETS), and the Community, two days of action to promote the systems of Integration through Economic Activity (IAE) at the CCISM of Saint-Martin.
Integration through economic activity is aimed at job seekers encountering particular social and professional difficulties. It implements a transition process that combines, through an employment contract, paid professional placement and socio-professional support. This course should enable people to remove social barriers and gain access to long-term employment within a common-law company thanks to the skills acquired or updated.
These days of the IAE will aim to promote the system while supporting people who are far from employment.
They will begin this Thursday, October 20 at 8:30 a.m. with the intervention of Gilles Plumasseau, territorial director of Grande-Terre Cap-Excellence at Pôle Emploi Guadeloupe & Iles du Nord, in the presence of Louis Mussington, president of the Collectivity, Vincent Berton, delegate prefect of Northern Islands and Julien Bataille, General Manager of the CCISM of Saint-Martin. _AF

Thursday, October 20 (from 9 a.m. to 15 p.m.): Presentation of integration structures, intervention by professionals (directors of structures, technical supervisors, professional integration advisers) and testimonials from beneficiaries.
From 14h to 17h: Preparing registered job seekers for job interviews
Friday, October 21 (from 8 a.m. to 45 p.m.): "Job Dating", recruitment interviews in the presence of nine local companies.
