The Superior council of audio-visual adopted on January 4, 2011 a deliberation applicable to the radio and television services during electoral period which applies during the six weeks preceding the polling day, that is to say from February 6, 2017.

This recommendation supplements this deliberation. It applies to all radio and television services broadcast in Saint-Martin from February 6, 2017.

1. Surveys carried out by the editors and transmitted to the Superior council of audio-visual

1 ° The following editors or services transmit electronically to the Superior council of audio-visual the statements of the speaking times of the candidates and their supports:

- France Télévisions for the Guadeloupe 1re service (radio and television);

- Trade winds TV;

- ATV Guadeloupe;

- Channel 10;

- Eclair Television;

- IO TV;

- Radio Maranatha;

- Radio Saint-Martin;

- Radio Saint-Barth FM;

- Radio Transat;

- Radio Tropik FM;

- SOS Radio;

- Youth Radio.

2 ° For each period mentioned below, the transmission of speaking times takes place on the following dates:

2. Obligations concerning other publishers

The other editors communicate to the Superior council of audio-visual, at its request, all the elements relating to the speaking times of the candidates and their supports.

3. Storage and transmission of other information

The editors preserve the audio or video recordings of the programs diffused during the period covered by deliberation n ° 2011-1 above-mentioned and, if necessary, communicate them to the Superior council of audio-visual.

This recommendation will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
