In the presence of the rector of the Academy of Guadeloupe, Mostafa Fourar, the students of classes of 6nd and 5nd made their return to the Cité Scolaire at the Soualiga college earlier this week.

The Rector of the Academy of Guadeloupe Mostafa Fourar had made the trip to Saint-Martin for the start of the 6th and 5th year classes, but also to sign the renewal of the Tourism agreement with the Collectivity and the Tourist Office. This agreement directly concerns college students, who receive education focused on the basics of tourism and the history of Saint-Martin provided by volunteer teachers. An unprecedented teaching, initiated on our island in 2013, and which has been of real educational interest among students and teachers, for 7 years.

Welcomed by the principal of Soualiga college, Mr. Frigo, the president, Daniel Gibbs, the first vice-president, Valérie Damaseau, the rector and the vice-rector Michel Sanz visited the classes and encouraged the students present and their supervisors.
