Education: Construction of the college 600 in Quartier d'Orléans: the community launches its call for tenders

The Collectivity of Saint-Martin published the public construction market for the future college 600, on Friday, December 10, on the Secured Markets platform.

This project is co-financed by Europe, the State and the Collectivity for a total amount of 14.6 million euros:

- 10.2 million financed by the European ERDF fund

- 3.15 million by the State

- 1.28 million by the community.

This achievement involves the construction and extension of the La Roche engraved college in Moho in the Orleans district. This new structure will have 600 places and will include classrooms, a gymnasium and a dojo, an administrative pole, a maintenance pole and a school restaurant.

Offers can be submitted on the secure portal: www.marches-securises.fr

The processing of offers and consultation questions are carried out exclusively on the Secured Markets site, in accordance with the legislation in force.

Closing date of the offer: February 18, 2022.

To be able to submit an offer, each candidate must participate in a mandatory site visit.

Registration for the visit must be made no later than the 4th working day before the date of the visit appearing on the call for tenders, directly on the site www.marches-securises.fr 

The visits are scheduled as follows:

- Monday, December 20, 2021 at 9:30 a.m.

-Tuesday January 11, 2022 at 9:30 a.m.

-Tuesday January 25, 2022 at 9:30 a.m.

The 600 college is one of the 5 major development projects carried by the Collectivity and already budgeted, with the 900 college of Savane - The cultural center of Concordia - The aquatic center of the Savannah and land development of the Waterfront from Marigot.
