The solidarity fund of € 1500 for businesses and the self-employed is extended for the month of June for all sectors. The date the form will be posted on impots.gouv will be announced very soon.

The creation of a solidarity fund has been confirmed by official order  the 25 last march.

Its goal ? To compensate for the loss of turnover of French entrepreneurs. This fund concerns all entrepreneurs and self-employed workers who find themselves in financial difficulty, and includes, de facto, self-entrepreneurs (or micro-entrepreneurs).

This fund is mainly financed by the State, the Regions and the overseas collectivities. It is also open to contributions from other communities and large companies and solidarity insurance companies.

The aid allocated is monthly and its initial duration was three months: March, April and May. However, Bruno le Maire announced on June 29 the extension of the solidarity fund for the month of June for all companies in all sectors. The extension for the month of June was initially intended only for companies in the hotel, tourism and catering sectors

How do I know if I can benefit?

To benefit from the assistance of the solidarity fund you must:

• have achieved an annual turnover (turnover) of less than 1 million euros

-> This is the case for all auto-entrepreneurs taking into account the authorized turnover ceilings!

• and have been banned from receiving the public for health reasons

or for March 2020

• have lost at least 50% of your turnover in March 2020 compared to:

o March 2019 if you have already started your activity on March 1, 2019

o the average of your monthly turnover since your start of activity until February 2020 inclusive, if you started your business after March 2019.

o the average of your monthly turnover from April 2019 to February 2020 inclusive, if you were on sick leave, accident at work or maternity leave in March 2019.

or for April 2020

• have lost at least 50% of your turnover in April 2020 compared to

o April 2019 OR the average of your monthly turnover for 2019 if you had already started your activity on April 1, 2019

o the average of your monthly turnover from your start of activity until February 2020 inclusive, if you started your business after April 1, 2019

o your February 2020 turnover reduced to the month, if you started your business in February 2020

or for May 2020

• have lost at least 50% of your turnover in May 2020 compared to

o May 2019 OR the average of your monthly turnover for 2019 if you had already started your activity on May 1, 2019

o the average of your monthly turnover from your start of activity until February 2020 inclusive, if you started your business after May 1, 2019

o your February 2020 turnover reduced to the month, if you started your business in February 2020

or for June 2020
