In parallel with the implementation of environmental protection measures, legal expert reports are in progress following the fire which destroyed the Frigodom building in Galisbay in early February. "They were requested by our insurance company," says director Taï Ghzalale. "We asked that they be carried out fairly quickly and also that we can demolish the structure quickly," added the man who is already working on the reconstruction site.
Technical modifications will be made to make the building even more efficient. The start of reconstruction should begin this summer. "We have already contacted construction companies and suppliers," says Taï Ghzalale, who hopes to be able to make Frigodom, "a real territorial development tool" operational again, during the first half of 2020.
