Within the framework of the Territorial Anti-Fraud Operational Committee (COTAF), inspections of catering establishments have recently been carried out and have resulted in the administrative closure of two bar-restaurants at Sandy Ground.
They have "never been the subject of a declaration to the territorial unit of the direction of food, agriculture and forestry" as required by law indicate the state services. In addition, "serious non-conformities in terms of health security in the premises" were observed "as well as the total loss of risk control" in the two establishments.
Those responsible must make a declaration to the authorities, implement health control plans, pest control and a cleaning and disinfection protocol. A new control will be carried out and if all the corrective measures are carried out, the administrative closings will be lifted.
