As part of the actions of the Local Council for Security and Prevention against Delinquency (CLSPD), the territorial elected officials, Martine Beldor and Steven Cocks proceeded to the distribution of protective helmets to the young people of Quartier d'Orléans, with the help of the Center Symphorien d'Insertion association.
The president of the Collectivity, Louis Mussington was able to free himself to join the system and encourage young people to wear helmets!
