Tasting of local meats: the conquered population


Last Saturday, the slaughterhouse offered the public a tasting of local meats. More than a hundred people were present on the site, reports the CCISM. "This symbolic step came to testify to the efficiency of the tool but also to the ongoing structuring of the sector, point on which the CCI Saint-Martin is involved and for a long time", underlines the institution, adding that the quality of the meats offered was noticed "which augurs good future conditions for the marketing of these products and rewards the breeders in their efforts".
