Income tax return for the year 2021: As a reminder, the deadline for filing income tax returns is May 31, 2022

The tax declaration campaign on income received in 2021 will end in a few days. Indeed, in accordance with the provisions of article 175 of the CGI of Saint-Martin, the deadline for filing income tax returns is May 31, 2022.

The Collectivity therefore invites you to complete your 2021 tax return and return it to the tax center of the Center des Finances Publiques (CFP) of Saint-Martin before this date.

Declarations can be filed:

• By mail to 16, rue Jean-Jacques Fayel – BP 1084 – 97061 Saint-Martin Cedex.

• By deposit in the letterbox located at the entrance to the tax office.

If you have not received your declaration, you can withdraw it:

• On the dedicated website: https://www.impots-saint-martin.fr. On this site, you will also find all the information and forms related to the income declaration campaign.

• In Maisons France Services (MFS) located in Quartier d'Orléans and Sandy-Ground during normal opening hours.

– Every Tuesday in May, at the MFS in Quartier d'Orléans from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

– Every Friday in May from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the MFS in Sandy-Ground
