Raymond Helligar has invested many years in the service of the economic world, he was at the head of the CCI of Saint-Martin, many people have crossed his path and worked alongside him. He will be missed.
He was unconditional in his stronghold of Colombier, he loved his island and its history that he knew how to celebrate so well in his poems.
Raymond Helligar had several strings to his bow, he was also appreciated for his sense of humor and repartee, he was a colorful character, authentic, very attached to his native land. He now rests in peace.
