For the vice-president, Saint-Martin “must be able to have the same rights and count on the same control tools as the other territories of the Republic, the supervisory authority must have a more regular presence on the territory of the community in a permanent concern for the respect of the law in the dissemination of information ”. During his visit, Boris Odry reassured the vice-president: “The CSA will henceforth have a more effective presence in Saint-Martin, and the CTA will accentuate its reactivity in matters of control and call to order”.
