The improving health situation and the absence of patients hospitalized due to Covid-19, prompted the prefect of Saint-Martin to lighten health measures.
The prefect has thus decided to extend the closure of bars and restaurants from 1 to 2 a.m. He also removed the measure which established a gauge or a limited number of people in these same establishments. The health pass remains mandatory.
In other establishments open to the public (ERP), the classic or regulatory gauge is applied.
These new measures have been in effect since Friday, February 25.
