Course (Back to School Strides): Fans of running loyal to the rendezvous for the 20th edition!

Nearly a hundred runners took the start last Sunday of the 20th edition of the Foulées de la Rentrée organized by the Avenir Sportif Club de Saint-Martin.

These are not two but three races that were offered this year to the participants, namely the traditional 5 and 10 km and the 2 km, the novelty of this 20th edition. The opportunity for young budding runners to test themselves over a short distance.
In terms of results, let us note the fine performance of Jeannot Gouin on the 10 km which won in 39'44 '' ahead of Grégory Pigeon 39 '48' ', Mozard Raydon rising on the third step of the podium with a time of 41' 37 ''.
Among the women, Hélène Depoorter took first place in 41'53 '' ahead of Agnès Puigcerver 47'00 '' and Charlotte Overath 48'05 ''.
On the 5 km side, ASCSM member Omarco Robinson won brilliantly by completing the race in 18'03 '' ahead of Andy Guibreteau 18'37 '' and Mathis Natchimie 20'21 ''.
The Avenir Sportif Club de Saint-Martin made the pass of two in the 5 km category since Félicia Paines dominated the race in 23'32 '' ahead of Nathalie Maniez (IGR) 23'36 '' and Florence Gonon 27'19 ''.
Finally, over the new 2 km distance, Micah Cowan put his name on the list by crossing the finish line in 09'10 "followed by Carlos Brison 09'25" and Sheriff Macclin 09'29 ".
In the girls, Anae Dorange (ASCSM) swallowed the 2 km in 09'31 '', Chardea Richardson 09'47 '' and Hanae Racon 10'41 '' placing respectively 2nd and 3rd in the standings.
