Coronavirus (Guadeloupe): The fortnight in practice at Pôle Caraïbes airport

0

This Thursday, April 16, the passengers of the Air France flight from Paris were greeted by the prefect's chief of staff, the Pointe-à-Pitre sub-prefect and the deputy director of the ARS. They presented to them and explained the reasons for the fortnight that everyone will have to observe.
Each passenger was thermoflashed and received a mask and an information document on the principle of the fortnight before being taken by bus to the dedicated accommodation center.
For fourteen days, arrivals must not be visited or leave the premises.
The reception system at the airport was provided by the Red Cross mobilized for this operation and for the daily monitoring of passengers during their fortnight, under the sanitary control of the ARS.
The border police and the airport team were also mobilized for this first operation, which will now be repeated for each arrival.
