This call for projects 2019 aims to stimulate citizen initiatives, to support project leaders and innovative actions useful for the territory.
To be partially financed by public funds, these projects must meet the following general objectives:
1. Fight against inequalities of all kinds, concentrations of poverty and economic, social, digital and territorial fractures.
2. Promote the balanced development of the territory, the right to a healthy and quality environment.
3. Guarantee residents real equality of access to education, culture, rights, services and public facilities.
4. Guarantee the tranquility of the inhabitants and the prevention of delinquency.
5. To contribute to equality between men and women, to the integration of populations into the values of the Republic and secularism, to the fight against all discrimination.
6. Act for economic development, business creation and access to employment and professional integration.
7. Develop prevention, promote health education and promote access to care.
