The Executive Council of January 29, 2020 examined the deliberation aiming to designate architects members of the jury of the restricted competition of project management for the construction of the College 900 de la Savane.
By deliberation of the CE 077-08-2019, of June 12, 2019, the Executive Council approved the construction of a “digital” college with 900 places in the Savannah sector. The college of 35 classes will have a useful surface of 4900m2 on a plot of 9500m2. The commissioning date for this operation is set for September 2022. The cost of the operation amounts to 21 million euros, including 15 M € financed by the Ministry of National Education, 3M € by the Ministry of Overseas and 3M € by the Collectivity of Saint-Martin.
As part of the preparation of the limited project management competition for the construction of college 900, CROAG, as part of its usual missions, was asked to recommend and appoint four architects able to assist the Collectivity of Saint -Martin in the selection phase of the candidacies and the choice of the offer.
The Council appointed the four architects members of the jury for the Restricted Project Management Competition, each with a deliberative vote:
• Mr. René-Jean DURET, Retired engineer - Saint-Martin
• Madame Joan Dessaint Fomi: Agence Fomi SARL Baie-Malhault
• Mr. Daniel Frair - Architect Petit Canal
• Madame Véronoqiue Hirth - AD Architect and decoration Petit bourg
Lhe executive council validated this deliberation.
