In 2020, the executive council met 43 times, i.e. 5 times more than in 2019 or 2018. The president of the Collectivity, the four vice-presidents and two territorial advisers, one from the majority and one sit. opposition (the choice of the latter two is not imposed by organic law). The executive council is therefore composed of Daniel Gibbs, Valérie Damaseau, Yawo Nyuiadzi, Annick Petrus, Steven Patrick, Marie-Dominique Ramphort and Louis Mussington.

In 2020, in accordance with the law prohibiting the plurality of mandates, Annick Petrus resigned from her post of vice-president after being elected senator at the end of September. She has been replaced by Sofia Carti.

The meetings of the executive council take place on Wednesday morning since the beginning of the mandate of Team Daniel Gibbs, before, they took place on Tuesday afternoon. This change of date and time had been decided in order to allow the two salaried members of National Education to be able to attend meetings more easily.

The two most assiduous members are, like last year, Daniel Gibbs and Valérie Damaseau with respectively 3 and 8 absences at the 43 meetings of the year 2020. Then come Yawo Nyuiadzi and Steven Patrick with respectively 13 and 15 absences; Steven Patrick attended, as in 2019, two-thirds of the sessions. Yawo Nyuiadzi was more present in 2020; he attended 7 out of 10 versus 1 out of 2 meetings the previous year.

On the other hand, Marie-Dominique Ramphort was more absent; she attended half of the meetings compared to 58% in 2018.

Louis Mussington remains one of the least frequent members of executive council meetings. He was absent for two-thirds of meetings in 2020; the previous year he had missed almost 6 out of 10 sessions.

In 2019, Annick Petrus was elected the least assiduous with an absence rate of 61%. In 2020, she attended 20 of the 35 sessions to which she was invited (57% attendance); his last convocation was to the council of October 21.
