With regard to the various fields of competence of the COM, the associations represent an essential link in the implementation of its sectoral policies, particularly in terms of social and educational development.

For the sake of efficiency and continuity, these actors are committed to the organization and implementation of professionalizing and value-creating activities (job creation, awareness, development of human skills, social cohesion, etc.) in their respective areas of intervention (Dependency and Autonomy, Early Childhood, Social Cohesion  and medico-social prevention).

Seven of the associations are intended to be awarded grants from the Collectivity for the year 2022. The grants range between €2 and €000, for a total amount of €15.

Correlatively, nine of these associations are dedicated to receiving, from the Collectivity, subsidies greater than or equal to €23 (in this case, between €000 and €23), for a total amount of €000 €. By virtue of the legislative and regulatory provisions in force, they will therefore each be required to sign a Convention of objectives and means with the COM.

This project therefore allocates a total of sixteen grants to associations for a total amount of €566.

On September 22, the executive board decided to approve the allocation of grants to the associations listed below, for a total amount of 56 euros:

Association ACED, Association MAM Les Petits Pirates, Association MAM Les Petits Poussins, Association Resilient Woman, Association Répit Solidarité Insertion, Association SAFE

The executive council has also decided to approve the agreements of objectives and means and to authorize the President of the territorial council to sign them with the following associations, and accompanied by grants from the Collectivity for a total amount of 509 euros for the year 894:

ALEFPA le Manteau de Saint-Martin Association, Ark of Covenant Association, French Red Cross Association, Forever Young Association, SASSI Association, Saint-Martin Health Association, Speedy Plus Association, Swali'tainement Association, Tournesol Association.
