This Wednesday, February 21, 2018, at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Concordia, a debate is proposed to the population on the consequences of Hurricane Irma. Because it is noted that there has been an increase in treatment in the area of psychotrauma and the suffering linked to the hurricane remains intense; especially as the new hurricane season approaches.

The population seems to be in hypervigilance, some scrutinize the sky at all times; others have many anxieties. We see the appearance of symptoms revealing a state of post traumatic stress.

To do this, a mobilization has been put in place from Irma to respond to the suffering of the population. In this continuity, a free conference is organized this Wednesday February 21, 2018 at the CCI of Concordia from 18 p.m.

The theme of this conference-debate open to all is entitled: “After IRMA, how to face and rebuild… your health together? What we want to understand to do. ”

This service will be provided by doctors from Metropolitan France and Guadeloupe who are specialists in the field.

An action supported by the support of the Louis-Constant Fleming hospital, the ARS and other partners.

Likewise, on February 21 and 22, two days of free training are offered to health professionals at the hospital, but also to those who practice in private practice. _AF
